Women’s Sector Research Officer

The Women’s Resource and Development Agency is looking for a Women’s Sector Researcher to develop and coordinate research to support implementing policy and lobbying strategies to ensure that women’s issues and views are effectively positioned and communicated to politicians and policy makers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to make a real impact on women’s rights and equality.

This part-time post (28 hours) is funded until March 2029 (may be extended subject to securing further funding).  The salary is: NJC Scale S02 pt (26-28) £37,280 (Pro rata £29,824) + 6% pension contribution. The salary is based on 2025/26 NJC Scales and will be updated according to the 2026/27 NJC Scales.
