We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as an Investor in People after achieving the standard in July 2007.  This achievement formally recognises our commitment to training and development.   

The Investors in People assessor commented that the nature of our work and the engagement of interested people - including people and other organisations associated with the WRDA - reflects an environment in which people can feel recognised and valued.  The WRDA have clear values, clear direction and a sense of commitment at all levels.  The atmosphere is very professional with a high calibre staff at all levels.’
